The second webinar in the series will contrast two ways of reading represented and dramatized in To Kill a Mockingbird. Each way of reading will be shown to relate to the two ways of interpreting the Bible contrasted in the novel. This webinar will focus on the novel’s many and deep biblical myths and metaphors.
The webinar will consist of a 75-minute presentation by Michael Verde, followed by a 15-minute Q&A session. If you’d like to attend but can’t make it on the 15th, register and we’ll send you a link to the recorded webinar. It will be available for 3 days following the live webinar, and will be accessible to everyone who registers in advance.
