22 Dec Love Is Listening Selected for Frozen River Film Festival
Michael Verde’s 2019 documentary, Love Is Listening: Dementia Without Loneliness, has been selected for Minnesota’s Frozen River Film Festival this coming February. This is the film’s fourth festival selection. It screened at the Julien Dubuque International Film Festival, the Chagrin Documentary Film Festival, and the REEL East Teas Film Festival earlier this year.
Frozen River Film Festival is celebrating its 15th season this year with over 80 documentary films showing in Winona, MN, beginning February 5th and continuing through February 9th in various locations throughout the city. The Festival offers programs that engage, educate, and activate viewers to become involved in the world. These programs provide a unique perspective on environmental issues, sustainable communities, adventure travel and sports, and diverse cultures while showcasing the art of documentary film.
Love is Listening: Dementia Without Loneliness will screen during the festival’s programming on Frozen Friday (February 7), which offers free screenings and discussions for the community. More information can be found at frff.org.
